Cancellation Policy
10 minute grace period for late clients. If you are late beyond 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee (100% of the service charge) The cancellation fee also applies to clients who fail to cancel 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. The cancellation fee is not a prebook fee/deposit and will not be applied to future appointments. There is no fee for rescheduling at this time.
