Cancellation Policy
• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be canceled or shortened to respect the next guest’s appointment. The full service fee may apply.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full service fee.
• There is no fee for rescheduling when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
